This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ You will assist the Head of People and Culture with projects focused on organizational development, optimizing internal processes, and actively shaping and maintaining our remote company culture.
β’ You will contribute to the analysis and documentation of existing HR processes, proposing ideas for increased efficiency.
β’ You will help create and publish compelling job postings across various platforms.
β’ You will support the recruiting process throughout the entire application journey (reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, responding to candidate inquiries).
β’ You will assist in preparing and executing the digital onboarding of new team members.
β’ You will research current HR trends and contribute to the ongoing development of our remote culture.
β’ You are currently pursuing a degree with a focus on Human Resources (or have recently completed your studies).
β’ You have an interest in all aspects of People Management β from recruiting to employee development to creating a motivating work environment.
β’ Experience with communication tools for remote work (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, Asanaβ¦).
β’ You work independently, reliably, and do not require constant oversight; you are eager to take on responsibilities and drive projects forward.
β’ Strong communication skills - you will be in regular contact with our Head of People & Culture, providing updates independently and asking for support when needed.
β’ We require at least C1-level proficiency in German.
