πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ You will assist the Head of People and Culture with projects focused on organizational development, optimizing internal processes, and actively shaping and maintaining our remote company culture.

β€’ You will contribute to the analysis and documentation of existing HR processes, proposing ideas for increased efficiency.

β€’ You will help create and publish compelling job postings across various platforms.

β€’ You will support the recruiting process throughout the entire application journey (reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, responding to candidate inquiries).

β€’ You will assist in preparing and executing the digital onboarding of new team members.

β€’ You will research current HR trends and contribute to the ongoing development of our remote culture.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ You are currently pursuing a degree with a focus on Human Resources (or have recently completed your studies).

β€’ You have an interest in all aspects of People Management – from recruiting to employee development to creating a motivating work environment.

β€’ Experience with communication tools for remote work (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, Asana…).

β€’ You work independently, reliably, and do not require constant oversight; you are eager to take on responsibilities and drive projects forward.

β€’ Strong communication skills - you will be in regular contact with our Head of People & Culture, providing updates independently and asking for support when needed.

β€’ We require at least C1-level proficiency in German.
