Praktikant/in HR, Native or Fluent German required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will assist the Head of People and Culture with projects focused on organizational development, optimizing internal processes, and actively shaping and maintaining our remote company culture.

• You will contribute to the analysis and documentation of existing HR processes, proposing ideas for increased efficiency.

• You will help create and publish compelling job postings across various platforms.

• You will support the recruiting process throughout the entire application journey (reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, responding to candidate inquiries).

• You will assist in preparing and executing the digital onboarding of new team members.

• You will research current HR trends and contribute to the ongoing development of our remote culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are currently pursuing a degree with a focus on Human Resources (or have recently completed your studies).

• You have an interest in all aspects of People Management – from recruiting to employee development to creating a motivating work environment.

• Experience with communication tools for remote work (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, Asana…).

• You work independently, reliably, and do not require constant oversight; you are eager to take on responsibilities and drive projects forward.

• Strong communication skills - you will be in regular contact with our Head of People & Culture, providing updates independently and asking for support when needed.

• We require at least C1-level proficiency in German.
