Practitioner Recruiting Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Engage proactively with potential providers or qualified private practices.

• Conduct phone or video screenings of prospective providers in a warm, professional, and knowledgeable manner.

• Perform background checks, verify licenses, and manage credentialing processes.

• Efficiently onboard caregivers through comprehensive orientation and training.

• Develop, enhance, and optimize recruitment strategies and onboarding procedures.

• Ensure compliance with local and federal healthcare regulations and policies.

• Support practitioners' success by providing daily administrative assistance and facilitating monthly sync-up calls.

• Bachelor's degree (Preferred)

• Experience in Physician/Provider Recruitment: 3 years (Preferred)

• Background in healthcare-related fields: 3 years (Preferred)
