This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement overlay sales strategies that enhance primary sales initiatives and boost overall revenue.
• Identify and pursue potential clients within the financial services sector to broaden the customer base.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure sales campaigns align with product offerings and market needs.
• Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing clients to guarantee satisfaction and promote repeat business.
• Conduct tailored product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, addressing their specific requirements.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover new sales opportunities and adapt strategies as necessary.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, emphasizing progress and areas for enhancement.
• Define and articulate Infovista’s unique BFSI CX narrative, placing the company at the convergence of customer experience, operational risk, and AI-driven interactions.
• Develop high-value use cases that resonate with financial institutions, including fraud validation, authentication journey reliability, and AI agent safety in banking customer interactions.
• Transform these capabilities into persuasive C-level messaging, facilitating effective engagement with senior stakeholders such as CTOs, CIOs, and CX leaders.
• Provide direct support for key strategic deals where vertical expertise is essential, while creating scalable go-to-market strategies that consistently drive revenue growth in the financial services sector.
• Convert customer challenges into actionable, solution-focused constructs, such as journey validation use cases and risk exposure scenarios that underscore business impact.
• Work closely with Product and Sales Engineering teams to co-develop customized solutions, while driving multi-stakeholder deal alignment to ensure successful deal advancement and closure.
• Serve as the primary advocate for BFSI customers within the organization, delivering deep industry insights into internal decision-making.
• Proven experience in sales or infrastructure consultancy within the financial services sector, preferably in an overlay sales role.
• Strong understanding of CX software products, technologies, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools for effective management of customer relations and sales data.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
