Practice Intelligence Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Initiate phone conversations with both partnered and potential medical practices and patients to collect feedback regarding our product, internal processes, user-friendliness, and the overall customer experience.

• Document and gather comprehensive feedback from these interactions in a structured format, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining high standards of data accuracy and integrity throughout the feedback collection process.

• Collaborate with internal teams to relay insights to Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support, ensuring that these insights are integrated into every aspect of the business.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role focused on prospecting or in a customer support role is preferred.

• Experience in a phone-based environment concentrating on sales or support is essential.

• Must be a top performer in your current role, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting or surpassing performance quotas.

• Ability to work independently, as a self-starter, with a strong capacity to exceed expectations in a remote work setting.

• Capability to make a high volume of outbound contacts.

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management tools, preferably Salesforce.

• Experience with cloud-based communication platforms (such as Slack, cloud-based VoIP telephony, Zoom, Salesloft, etc.) is necessary.

• Willingness to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment characterized by friendly competition where high performance is rewarded directly.

• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively over the phone.

• Analytical skills to interpret feedback and provide actionable recommendations.

• Meticulous attention to detail in documenting and organizing collected feedback.

• Ability to adapt communication styles and approaches based on different interactions.

• A collaborative mindset, capable of working closely with diverse internal teams to drive improvements.
