This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish robust relationships with regional Sales leadership to ensure alignment between sales and services strategies.
• Actively participate in pre-sales initiatives to highlight service value, define engagement scopes, and drive Professional Services bookings.
• Oversee the development of service proposals, Statements of Work, and staffing strategies to facilitate complex enterprise agreements.
• Contribute to pipeline expansion and service attachment through thought leadership, go-to-market planning, and enablement efforts.
• Implement a “Partner First” strategy by cultivating effective delivery models and operational connections with strategic partners.
• Maintain high standards in partner-led engagements through onboarding, certification, oversight in delivery, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with Product and Customer Experience teams to continuously improve health scores, the onboarding process, and partner performance metrics.
• Oversee the successful execution of all professional services engagements across the Americas, achieving utilization, margin, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Develop scalable, repeatable delivery models that ensure quality results and minimize delivery risks.
• Lead regional involvement in global initiatives (e.g., CX Accelerate, AI automation, onboarding programs).
• Manage, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of delivery managers, project leaders, consultants, and solution principals.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and dedication to customer success.
• Advocate for the professional growth of team members through clear career paths, coaching, and performance management.
• Over 10 years of experience in Professional Services, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position within software or cloud delivery.
• Proven track record in establishing strong sales collaborations and driving Professional Services revenue in a pre-sales context.
• Demonstrated expertise in partner ecosystems and achieving outcomes through co-delivery models.
• Successful history of managing delivery organizations with quantifiable improvements in margin, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in navigating complex client environments and managing executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong skills in people leadership and organizational development.
• Preferred experience in identity and access management (IAM), cybersecurity, or cloud platforms.
• Willingness to travel within the Americas up to 30% of the time.
