This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Promote and sell CoolSculpting capital equipment, consumables, and new body-contouring innovations.
• Meet sales and utilization targets within the designated territory.
• Expand market presence by identifying key accounts and growing the customer base.
• Provide training, presentations, and product demonstrations for healthcare providers.
• Educate clients on product indications, contraindications, safety, and their specific needs.
• Assist customers with marketing strategies, practice integration, and staff training.
• Support regional training workshops and attend tradeshows.
• Strategically plan sales calls and manage time effectively to enhance customer engagement and service.
• Complete necessary documentation including business plans, expense reports, territory profiles, updates to customer databases, Veeva updates, and data entry.
• Keep up-to-date with industry knowledge and competitive product information.
• Foster strong relationships across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Communicate with sales leadership regarding territory and regional issues, including sales forecasts and samples.
• Prepare sales contracts, quotes, pricing, and terms in accordance with company policies.
• Follow up on inquiries related to CoolSculpting capital equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the Allergan Aesthetics portfolio.
• A Bachelor's Degree or higher is required.
• Preferred 2–4 years of proven success in selling medical products, services, and capital equipment to healthcare providers.
• Experience in selling capital equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Direct customer experience within the aesthetic industry, particularly with dermatology and plastic surgery audiences, is preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer service and support for CoolSculpting and body-contouring practice integration.
• Experience with consumables and device sales is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English with all levels of staff.
• Proficiency in French is considered an asset.
• High levels of accountability, reliability, and responsiveness are essential.
• A valid driver's license from the province of residence and a clean driving record are required.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%, including overnight stays, tradeshows, and corporate/training meetings.
• A positive attitude and passion for the aesthetic industry are essential.
