This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Offer consultative assistance to key clients to enhance access, visibility, and promotion of Allergan Aesthetics products.
• Facilitate sales and marketing initiatives across Facial Aesthetics, SkinMedica, Aesthetic Surgery, and Coolsculpting products.
• Provide guidance to accounts on Allergan Access, financial benchmarking, operational efficiency, and practice management.
• Collaborate with sales teams on customer targeting and strategic sales plans.
• Oversee key account initiatives related to portfolio sales and contracts.
• Relay account activity to sales and management teams.
• Create and implement practice enhancement programs tailored to account needs.
• Establish pre-call objectives and manage customer communication and follow-ups.
• Track key account performance and allocate resources accordingly.
• Conduct business management training and deliver best-practice presentations.
• Identify speaking opportunities at local, regional, and national conferences and society meetings.
• Engage in APC, sales training, and BSM Consulting Group development programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7–10 years of extensive, up-to-date knowledge of the aesthetic healthcare sector, including practice management and marketing.
• Strong grasp of financial analysis and its influence on business decisions.
• Proficient in financial and budget management, including analytical and business planning skills.
• Capability to manage budgets, forecasts, expenses, marketing plans, contracts, and negotiations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, marketing, field sales, external customers, and vendors/consultants.
• Proven track record in achieving sales, marketing, and corporate objectives with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to independently create, direct, and implement innovative strategies.
• Adaptability in a swiftly changing environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 75%, including overnight travel and some weekend commitments.
• Valid driver’s license and capacity to operate a motor vehicle.
• MBA preferred.
