This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Assist in sales and marketing efforts through consultative services and support for key accounts.
• Enhance accessibility, visibility, and marketing of Facial Aesthetics, SkinMedica, Aesthetic Surgery, and Coolsculpting products.
• Offer practice management consulting, covering Allergan Access, financial benchmarking, and operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales on customer targeting and strategic selling initiatives.
• Act as project manager for essential account initiatives that involve portfolio sales and contracting.
• Relay target-account activities to both sales and management teams.
• Design, implement, and manage practice enhancement programs.
• Set pre-call objectives and ensure effective customer communication and follow-up.
• Direct the account selling process to provide a sustainable competitive edge.
• Oversee key-account performance and manage the distribution of resources.
• Facilitate business management training and education for sales and management teams.
• Identify opportunities to speak at local, regional, and national conferences and society meetings.
• Engage in APC, BSM Consulting Group, and Sales Training development programs.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7–10 years of comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of the aesthetic healthcare sector, including practice management and marketing.
• Strong grasp of financial analysis and its implications for business decisions.
• Proven skills in financial and budget management, along with analytical and business planning capabilities.
• Proficiency in managing budgets, forecasts, expenses, marketing strategies, contracting, and negotiations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, marketing, field sales, external clients, and vendors/consultants.
• A track record of successfully meeting sales, marketing, and corporate objectives with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Capability to independently create, lead, and implement innovative strategies.
• High adaptability in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 75%, including overnight stays and occasional weekend work.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle.
