
Practice Architect, Delivery Architecture – COE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Actively engage in customer deployments to assess and validate COE delivery frameworks, playbooks, and tools.
• Serve as the primary technical authority and escalation point for intricate, high-risk, or large-scale Cortex XSIAM deployments.
• Ensure that delivery patterns are practical, efficient, and customized for modern enterprise SOCs.
• Define, enhance, and standardize delivery architecture patterns across various products, regions, and delivery models.
• Establish implementation dependencies, integration points, and sequencing across Cortex, Cloud, and Network Security platforms.
• Ensure solution architectures contribute to daily operational success for customer SOC teams.
• Oversee the deployment lifecycle from initiation through optimization.
• Identify deployment challenges and provide actionable feedback to COE frameworks and engineering teams.
• Lead and validate pilots for new delivery models, tooling, and automation.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, S&O, Product/Engineering, and Regional Leadership.
• Author runbooks, delivery playbooks, and best practices.
• Mentor consultants and architects on advanced execution strategies.
• Demonstrated success in delivering multiple end-to-end Cortex XSIAM projects in complex customer environments.
• Hands-on experience in or closely associated with modern Security Operations Center environments.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM/SOAR transformations, threat detection, incident response workflows, and data ingestion architectures.
• Expertise in Cortex XSIAM, XDR, XSOAR, and XPANSE.
• Familiarity with Prisma Cloud and Network Security is an advantage.
• Extensive experience in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Systems Integration.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• Ability to identify execution gaps and design practical, scalable solutions.
• Strong capability to influence, communicate, and collaborate with technical teams, product managers, and executive stakeholders.
