This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Oversee the functional solution architecture for Oracle ERP Financials, covering GL, AP, AR, FA, AHCS, and Projects.
• Convert business requirements into scalable ERP solutions that comply with Oracle best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and perform fit-gap analysis.
• Establish future-state finance processes, including R2R, P2P, and O2C.
• Create the chart of accounts, enterprise structures, and financial data models.
• Review and manage FDDs, process flows, and comprehensive design documents.
• Serve as the main point of contact between finance stakeholders and IT teams.
• Specify integration requirements and collaborate on OIC-based solutions.
• Assist with testing, UAT, and deployment from a functional perspective.
• Standardize comprehensive finance processes such as Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Project-to-Profit.
• Engage in managing the project backlog, ensuring transparency and timely completion in line with project team SLAs.
• Develop robust, scalable, and high-performance code.
• Prioritize and address critical bugs or incidents in accordance with established SLAs.
• Prepare and lead demonstrations of completed features or fixes.
• Integrate stakeholder feedback into upcoming development cycles.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as an ERP or Solution Architect.
• At least 5 years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle OIC, and Oracle EBS.
• Over 3 years of techno-functional experience in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, including GL, AR, AP, FA, AHCS, Oracle Projects, and associated financial web services.
• In-depth understanding of finance and project accounting business processes.
• Proven ability to lead requirement workshops, gather business needs, and articulate functional specifications.
• Familiarity with fit-gap analysis, solution design, and Oracle Financials best practices.
• Experience in reviewing and validating FDDs, process flows, and comprehensive solution designs.
• Proficient in data migration utilizing FBDI, ADFdi, HDL, and spreadsheets.
• Experience with OIC, PaaS extensions, VBCS, and integrations within ERP Cloud.
• Strong reporting capabilities using OTBI, BI Publisher, and data models.
• Practical experience in designing and developing integrations, extensions, and financial interfaces.
• Capability to review and create TDDs, technical architecture, and integration specifications.
