PR Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily interactions with local PR agencies within designated regions, ensuring they align with FxPro's global communication strategy.

• Provide agencies with briefings on campaign goals, messaging standards, and expected outcomes; evaluate and authorize pitches, press releases, and media materials.

• Facilitate the development and localization of press releases, commentary, and executive bylines in partnership with agency teams.

• Track media coverage and compile regular performance reports that analyze share of voice, media placements, and sentiment.

• Identify and cultivate relationships with influential financial and business journalists, editors, and media outlets within target markets.

• Assist with crisis communication and reputation management efforts in collaboration with agency partners and internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in PR, communications, or media relations, preferably in financial services, fintech, or a regulated industry.

• Demonstrated success in managing external PR agencies or vendors.

• In-depth knowledge of media landscapes across various markets.

• Experience in crafting and editing press materials including press releases, Q&As, talking points, and bylines.

• Familiarity with media monitoring and analytics tools.

• Understanding of financial products and markets (forex, CFDs, or broader investment products) is a considerable advantage.

• Skilled in project management tools and reporting.
