PR Manager – m/w/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategic and operational management of clients across diverse industries, typically in teams of two to three.

• Serve as a collaborative partner at eye level to C-level executives, heads of communications, and in-house PR managers.

• Create innovative and thoughtfully crafted PR narratives.

• Present PR stories to journalists individually.

• Utilize the internal AI tools for research, pitch preparation, and topic exploration.

• Operate with defined KPIs and enhance success through daily media interactions and close client engagement.

• Establish and nurture relationships with journalists in leading media outlets throughout the DACH region and Europe.

• Implement customized editorial PR with a clear topic strategy and targeted phone pitches.

• Contribute to the evolution and enhancement of the AI-PR system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant PR experience in agency or in-house settings.

• Demonstrated placements in prominent German publications.

• Experience in both strategic and operational client management.

• Capability to distill complex subjects into concise, journalistically sound stories.

• Well-established network of journalists.

• Self-motivated with a commitment to actively participate in a knowledge-sharing team environment.

• Familiarity with LLMs or AI workflows.

• Proficiency in German at C2 level.

• Professional communication skills in English.

• Residency in Germany.
