This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop and oversee paid advertising initiatives across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Optimize campaigns for conversions, CTR, ROAS, and cost efficiency through continuous testing and data evaluation.
• Craft compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers to create high-performing creative assets.
• Manage budgets and bidding strategies to achieve maximum return on ad spend.
• Create and present client-facing performance reports that provide clear, actionable insights.
• Oversee conversion tracking and analytics using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and relevant platform pixels.
• Facilitate client meetings, provide performance updates, and maintain ongoing communication to cultivate strong, consultative relationships.
• Own the entire campaign strategy, directing contractors and utilizing AI tools to aid in execution and implementation.
• Collaborate with account managers and clients to ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives.
• Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging trends in PPC.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience managing PPC campaigns for small to mid-sized businesses across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
• Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role, with the capacity to build relationships, lead meetings, and communicate PPC performance effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Strong copywriting capabilities with a proven ability to create ad copy that drives conversions.
• Expertise in conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience managing client accounts across diverse industries.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while remaining aligned with team strategies.
• Must reside within the continental United States.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship, both now and in the future.
