PPC Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a user acquisition strategy for the TutTam mobile app and website.

• Launch, analyze, and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising platforms.

• Identify and test new user acquisition channels.

• Conduct A/B testing of advertising creatives, audiences, messages, and landing pages.

• Analyze campaign performance and generate recommendations for improving results.

• Monitor and enhance key marketing metrics: CAC, CPA, ROAS, Retention, Conversion Rate, and others.

• Work with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and other analytics and attribution tools.

• Collaborate with designers and the product team to prepare advertising materials.

• Create reports and dashboards to assess the effectiveness of marketing activities.

• Participate in the formulation and validation of growth hypotheses for product development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience as a PPC Specialist, Performance Marketing Specialist, or Digital Marketing Specialist.

• Experience with mobile applications and app promotion.

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max, YouTube).

• Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager.

• Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.

• Understanding of attribution principles, analytics, and measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

• Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing user acquisition costs.

• Ability to work with data and make decisions based on metrics.

• Understanding of basic product analytics and digital marketing.

• Experience building reports and working with dashboards.
