• Execute, manage, and enhance large-scale advertising campaigns through Google Ads.
• Formulate and implement effective user acquisition strategies that emphasize performance and scalability.
• Perform comprehensive keyword, audience, and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Oversee campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance optimization to achieve maximum ROI and business impact.
• Evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and proactively drive improvements based on data insights.
• Collaborate across various teams, including creative, analytics, and product, to enhance campaign efficiency and performance.
• Streamline and automate routine processes to boost operational effectiveness and scalability.
• A minimum of 4 years of direct experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads metrics, attribution models, and performance analysis.
• Demonstrated success in managing high-budget performance marketing campaigns.
• Experience with Facebook/Instagram Ads, DV360, Bing Ads, or additional paid acquisition channels is a significant advantage.
• Proficient in English at an intermediate level or higher.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• A results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on business and performance.
