This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Strategize, initiate, and oversee Google Ads and Bing campaigns utilizing Search, Performance Max, and Smart Bidding formats.
• Take ownership of the complete campaign framework including account structure, ad groups, keyword sets, match types, and bidding strategies.
• Create and evaluate ad copy while managing creative rotation and A/B testing at the advertisement level.
• Continuously monitor and enhance bids, budgets, and Quality Scores on a daily basis.
• Refine campaigns based on CPL (cost per lead) and subsequent quality metrics such as appointment rate, sold rate, and return rate.
• Collaborate with tracking and analytics teams to guarantee comprehensive visibility throughout the funnel from click to conversion.
• Identify and eliminate low-quality traffic sources, placements, and search terms.
• Maintain CPL within set targets while increasing volume without compromising quality.
• Develop and sustain performance dashboards; report weekly on essential KPIs and budget progress.
• Execute regular campaign audits and conduct competitive analyses.
• Offer structured insights and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis.
• Conduct structured testing on bidding strategies, audience targeting, landing page variations, and ad formats.
• Keep up-to-date with Google and Microsoft platform updates, beta features, and industry trends.
• Work in tandem with SEO and brand teams to synchronize paid and organic strategies.
• 3+ years of direct experience with Google Ads, managing accounts with a monthly spend exceeding $30K.
• Established history in lead generation campaigns, preferably in home services, insurance, finance, or similar sectors.
• Profound understanding of Google Ads including Smart Bidding, Search, PMax, Dynamic Search Ads, and audience layering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Advertising (Bing).
• Analytical mindset with strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets, GA4, and attribution modeling.
• Ability to analyze downstream metrics (beyond just CTR and CPC) and connect campaigns to business results.
• Nice to Have:
• Experience with ping/post or lead aggregator models.
• Familiarity with tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, Hyros, RedTrack, Voluum, or similar.
• Background in call tracking and pay-per-call campaigns.
• Google Ads certification.
