PPC Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and enhance PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other pertinent platforms.

• Perform comprehensive keyword research to uncover relevant search terms related to our services.

• Develop and oversee ad copy, landing pages, and the overall campaign framework to maximize lead generation.

• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making real-time modifications to enhance ROI.

• Utilize A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics to improve conversion rates and decrease cost-per-click (CPC).

• Manage bidding strategies and budgets to ensure campaigns align with target KPIs.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends and algorithm updates in PPC and SEM.

• Work in conjunction with the content, design, and development teams to ensure ad strategies align with broader business objectives.

• Offer insights and recommendations on new platforms or strategies to broaden reach.

• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders regarding campaign performance and plans for improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: Over 8 years of direct experience in managing PPC / SEM campaigns, with a strong emphasis on B2B services.

• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience marketing Accounting or Bookkeeping services to the US market is advantageous.

• Tools Expertise: Competence in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other relevant PPC tools.

• Analytical Skills: Strong capability to analyze campaign data and make strategic decisions based on performance metrics.

• Communication: Exceptional communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and reporting to senior management.

• Contract: Must be available for a contractual role, working 4 hours a day remotely.

• Certifications: Google Ads certification and other relevant SEM certifications are required.
