Power Platform Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Contribute to ongoing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform initiatives by supporting configurations and customizations.

• Facilitate, oversee, and deliver continuous application support for the platform to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve service excellence.

• Responsible for resolving issues and implementing corrective measures as needed.

• Collaborate with team members to analyze system functionalities and assess functional and technical specifications.

• Comprehend incoming incidents, replicate them in UAT / QA / Sandbox environments for verification of fixes.

• Partner with colleagues to promote best practices and ensure a quality approach to customer software support.

• Maintain high standards of customer engagement and service delivery.

• Expected to engage in work-related training and learning aimed at achieving relevant Microsoft Certifications in the Power Platform.

• Create technical documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in software support environments.

• Proficiency in a .NET programming language, preferably C#.

• Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, including MS PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate.

• Experience with Data, UI, Logic, Data Verse, and Visualizations.

• Strong capability to manage multiple client relationships at once.

• Excellent customer engagement and delivery experience.

• Familiarity with Azure / Cloud concepts.

• Understanding of the ITIL Framework.

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively assist and communicate with users at all levels.

• Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated.

• Capability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Resilience, customer-centric attitude, and strong decision-making skills are essential.

• A keen desire and ability to learn new platforms and technologies.
