This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver comprehensive cloud solution services hosted on Microsoft Azure as part of a larger team.
• Act as the technical lead in the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Develop custom Power Apps Canvas and Model-Driven Apps utilizing Dataverse.
• Create Power Automate workflows to meet enterprise requirements.
• Integrate Power Platform with SharePoint Online, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Power BI, and other Microsoft or cloud services.
• Lead the requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment phases throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Ensure that solutions are robust, secure, scalable, and aligned with user needs.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand business processes and convert requirements into technical specifications.
• Establish acceptance criteria, perform unit/developer testing, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Generate and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and support manuals.
• Serve as a Power Platform Subject Matter Expert, providing advice on best practices, governance, and the Center of Excellence toolkit.
• Mentor junior developers as necessary.
• Offer ongoing support and maintenance, monitor performance, security, and usage, and implement enhancements or resolve issues.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• At least 5 years of experience in developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Demonstrated capability to build complex Canvas and Model-Driven apps, automate workflows, and integrate external data sources.
• Familiarity with Power Platform Center of Excellence (COE).
• Practical experience with the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem, including SharePoint, Azure Functions or other Azure PaaS services, and Azure SQL or other databases.
• Strong grasp of relational database concepts and data modeling.
• Proficient in at least one programming or scripting language such as C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, or SQL.
• Experience with data and document migration and integration with external data sources.
• Knowledge of source control and DevOps for CI/CD pipelines in Power Platform projects is advantageous.
• Experience with third-party tools such as Postman, Fiddler, XRMToolBox, XRMToolKit, KingswaySoft, and Azure Data Factory is a plus.
• DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification, such as CompTIA Security+ or a higher-level certification, is required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a cross-functional team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Agile/DevOps processes.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites as needed.
• Preferred: Microsoft Power Platform certifications, experience in Power BI development, Power Pages/Power Portals, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online integrations, Azure PaaS or .NET development, REST APIs, and third-party service/data integration.
