This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Assist in a dynamic program of Microsoft 365 initiatives
• Create and set up SharePoint Lists and Libraries
• Configure SharePoint sites, views, columns, and access permissions
• Utilize JSON for customizing SharePoint Lists and Libraries
• Revise existing SharePoint solutions
• Diagnose and resolve SharePoint configuration and functionality challenges
• Aid in the development and enhancement of SharePoint-based solutions
• Construct and sustain Power Automate workflows
• Streamline business operations using Microsoft Power Automate
• Collaborate with triggers, actions, conditions, and approvals
• Address issues with failed or misconfigured flows
• Evaluate workflows and implement enhancements
• Document the logic and processes of workflows
• Support the development of simple Power Apps
• Adjust and maintain current applications
• Integrate applications with SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 services
• Troubleshoot fundamental Power Apps challenges
• Expand knowledge of the broader Power Platform
• Grasp requirements and pinpoint suitable solutions
• Complete builds or configurations, test outputs, present finished work to the project lead, and incorporate feedback
• Hands-on experience with most of the following: SharePoint Online; SharePoint Lists and Libraries; SharePoint JSON; Power Automate; Basic Power Apps; SharePoint configuration; SharePoint troubleshooting; Microsoft 365
• Strong foundation in SharePoint and the Power Platform
• Good technical background and capacity to demonstrate proficiency with the listed technologies
• Ability to articulate a previously created Power Automate Flow, covering its purpose, trigger, actions and logic, conditions or approvals, error handling, connected systems, and reasoning
• Comfortable researching unfamiliar issues, testing various solutions, and developing practical resolutions
• Ability to work independently without detailed instructions
• Eager to learn and develop new skills

• Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
