Power Platform Developer – Copilot, Automation, AI & Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and implement scalable low-code solutions leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.

• Develop intelligent Copilot bots and innovative AI applications.

• Link knowledge bases and streamline knowledge workflows.

• Create robust cloud and desktop automation flows.

• Integrate REST APIs and connect Microsoft 365 with third-party systems.

• Establish the environment strategy for Development, Testing, and Production.

• Adhere to Data Loss Prevention policies and enhance release pipelines.

• Share expertise, establish best practices, and advance the Citizen Developer community.

• Collaborate within an agile team to promote low-code solutions and foster a digital, efficient workplace.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio).

• Enthusiasm for emerging technologies.

• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently, focusing on quality and scalability.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 governance and REST APIs.

• Initial experience with Azure Functions, Entra ID, or custom connectors is advantageous.

• Proficiency in German is required.

• Experience with Power BI or Power Pages is a plus.

• Familiarity with PowerShell, JavaScript, or Python is desirable.

• Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, or AZ-900 are preferred.

• Expertise in DevOps and CI/CD, particularly with Azure DevOps, is desirable.
