This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide services and solutions for clients utilizing Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations.
• Facilitate end-user training sessions and create as well as maintain documentation for knowledge transfer.
• Streamline business processes using Power Apps and Power Automate, generating data visualizations and low-code applications.
• Develop and enhance implementation standards and tools for the Power Platform.
• Deliver customized demonstrations of technology solutions.
• Engage in daily project scrum meetings and submit personal status reports on a daily basis.
• Assist in the creation of design documentation for new solutions and functionalities.
• Collaborate with the support team to address production support challenges.
• Remain updated on Power Platform enhancements and forthcoming features outlined in Microsoft's wave plans.
• At least one (1) year of professional experience is required.
• Must be able to secure and retain a Federal or DHS Public Trust; an approved adjudication is necessary prior to onboarding.
• US Citizenship is a contractual requirement.
• A Bachelor's degree (4-year college degree) is necessary.
• Proficiency in writing technical requirements and test scripts is essential.
• Familiarity with software programming languages and technologies is required.
• Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment is preferred.
• Ability to convey technical information clearly and succinctly to both technical and non-technical users.
• Experience and understanding of Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) and governance components is important.
• Background in a Big 4 or similarly established consulting firm and/or Microsoft Gold partner is highly desirable.
• A BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering is preferred.
• Experience with public sector clients is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodologies is beneficial.
• Up to 10% travel may be required.
