Power Platform Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and develop enterprise applications utilizing Power Apps, emphasizing user experience, adherence to processes, and scalability.

• Construct automation workflows with Power Automate to enhance processes, manage approvals, notifications, and integrate with Microsoft 365.

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders.

• Analyze processes and pinpoint opportunities for digitization and automation.

• Create integrations among Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Outlook, Teams, Forms, and other Microsoft 365 services.

• Conduct functional testing, provide user acceptance support, address bug fixes, and offer ongoing support for the developed solutions.

• Develop and maintain both technical and functional documentation for applications and automations.

• Execute corrective and evolutionary maintenance on existing applications and workflows.

• Champion digital transformation, productivity enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Power Apps: Proven experience in developing applications using Power Apps (Canvas Apps), including creating corporate forms, data modeling, utilizing connectors, and ongoing maintenance and enhancement of applications.

• Power Automate: Demonstrated experience in crafting and managing automated flows, approval processes, integrations with Microsoft 365, handling exceptions, monitoring execution, and optimizing automations.

• SharePoint Online: Skilled in creating and managing lists, libraries, and communication sites, overseeing permissions, and integrating with solutions built in Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Business Analysis: Experienced in gathering requirements, mapping processes, preparing functional documentation, and collaborating with business areas to define and validate solutions.

• Documentation and Testing: Proficient in preparing both technical and functional documentation, performing functional testing, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and documenting delivery evidence.

• Stakeholder Communication: Capable of engaging with users and business units, understanding their needs, facilitating alignments, and translating functional requirements into actionable solutions that align with project goals.

• Desirable: Familiarity with Copilot Studio, Generative AI, Power BI, Dataverse, Git, Azure DevOps, and React/Next.js.
