Power EPC Superintendent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, inspectors, and other visitors

• Foster and uphold a safe, secure, and healthy working environment

• Adhere to and enforce company policies as well as industry standards and procedures

• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and secure necessary inspections

• Oversee and coordinate construction activities in alignment with contract specifications and quality benchmarks

• Create, maintain, and manage project timelines while ensuring that milestones and completion dates are achieved

• Administer contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and other agreements

• Manage changes in project scope and ensure the use of up-to-date contract documents

• Maintain, track, verify, and update project documentation and records, including timecards, field reports, schedules, as-built drawings, submittals, RFIs, layouts, and correspondence

• Oversee or assist with project closeout, including punch lists, start-up activities, and system commissioning

• Monitor project spending, identify discrepancies, and take corrective actions to adhere to construction budgets

• Define project objectives and scope, calculate required resources, set standards, allocate resources, schedule and coordinate staff and subcontractors, evaluate milestones, resolve design challenges, and implement changes

• Support all aspects of FTI's business interests

• Assist with pre-construction budgeting and project execution strategies

• Potentially oversee multiple projects depending on size, complexity, and phase

• Perform other duties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, completion of a Certified Trade Apprenticeship Program or equivalent experience, and continuous industry training

• 4 years of experience in relevant trades

• 3–6 years in a similar role or demonstrated success in project execution

• Willingness to travel up to 100%

• Availability to work between 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday, with potential nights, weekends, and holidays as required by customer needs

• Ability to manage large-scale projects and/or multiple medium-to-large projects simultaneously

• Proficient understanding of construction documents and specifications, including the scopes of subcontractor work

• Capability to organize and direct projects to successful completion

• Must successfully pass a background check and drug test
