Power BI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the Discovery process and produce technical documentation

• Provide support in functionality proposals and best practices

• Extract data from various platforms and technologies, including flat files, tables, and databases

• Develop data models

• Analyze requirements

• Create visualizations that deliver value to the end user

• Manage and follow up on tasks according to institutional methodologies and platforms

• Simplify complex information issues to assist clients in making data-driven decisions and enhancing their businesses

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a similar role

• General knowledge in Business Intelligence

• Proficient in managing the Power BI platform

• Data engineering expertise with Power BI

• Database design and SQL query interpretation skills

• Teamwork experience under project management methodologies

• Knowledge in data transformation using SQL and SSIS

• Preferred: experience with SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services)

• Preferred: experience with Data Factory (Azure)

• Adaptability and resilience

• Analytical skills and the ability to build trust in uncertain environments
