Junior to Semi-Senior Power BI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to illustrate essential business metrics and aid executive decision-making.

• Conduct data modeling utilizing DAX and Power Query (M), adhering to best practices for performance and scalability.

• Assist in creating and automating ETL pipelines through Microsoft Fabric or SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

• Collaborate with senior team members to gather reporting requirements and convert business needs into analytical solutions.

• Support the documentation and validation of data sources, KPIs, and business logic.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing reporting efficiency, dashboard usability, and overall data quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of practical experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.

• Basic proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL (e.g., SQL Server, BigQuery).

• Direct experience with or foundational knowledge of ETL tools such as SSIS, Microsoft Fabric, or comparable platforms.

• Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and collaborate with business teams to derive meaningful insights.

• A desire to learn new technologies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable in a collaborative, fast-paced work environment.

• Currently residing in Latin America.
