Junior to Semi-Senior Power BI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that effectively visualize essential business metrics, aiding executive decision-making processes.

• Execute data modeling utilizing DAX and Power Query (M), adhering to established best practices for enhanced performance and scalability.

• Support the development and automation of ETL pipelines using Microsoft Fabric or SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

• Collaborate with senior team members to gather reporting requirements and convert complex business needs into straightforward analytical solutions.

• Aid in documenting and validating data sources, KPIs, and business logic to ensure reporting consistency and data integrity.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency, improve dashboard usability, and elevate overall data quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of practical experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.

• Fundamental proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL (e.g., SQL Server, BigQuery).

• Direct experience or basic knowledge of ETL tools such as SSIS, Microsoft Fabric, or similar platforms.

• Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and collaborate with business teams to derive meaningful insights.

• Willingness to learn new technologies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
