Power BI Analyst – Temporary, 3 months

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain engaging dashboards and reports utilizing Power BI.

• Analyze business requirements and convert them into effective data visualization solutions.

• Conduct data extraction, export, transformation, and migration activities from various data sources.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the reporting environments.

• Create and sustain Excel-based reports, templates, and data analysis tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine reporting needs and opportunities for process improvements.

• Present findings, dashboards, and recommendations to clients and upper management.

• Facilitate decision-making through clear and insightful reporting.

• Address reporting and data-related issues promptly and efficiently.

• Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications thoroughly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent in English with a high proficiency level (mandatory).

• Over 3 years of experience in Power BI and data reporting solutions.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, charts, data analysis, etc.).

• Experience with data export, transformation, and migration processes.

• Proven experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to engage confidently with senior leadership and executive-level stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset coupled with robust problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
