Post-Sales Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Respond to customer needs and concerns promptly and effectively to foster and sustain strong relationships.

• Create and present performance reports to clients, benchmarking the results against comparable campaigns.

• Operate independently while also collaborating effectively as a member of a team.

• Cultivate robust relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with trading teams to assess campaign performance and utilize data-driven insights to facilitate campaign upsells.

• Address client inquiries and identify new business prospects within the existing customer base.

• Oversee the creation and presentation of reports, delivering performance analysis.

• Manage projects in conjunction with the design team to produce top-tier creative executions.

• Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams (including Data, Marketing, Studio, and Product Services) to enhance the overall customer experience and provide clients with guidance on basic technical inquiries.

• This position is not primarily sales-focused but centers on managing campaigns/accounts. Practical media experience (e.g., programmatic, display, audio, CTV, DOOH) is essential for this role.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in the Ad Tech/Digital advertising sector.

• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively.

• Capable of self-management, managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines with keen attention to detail.

• Skilled in analyzing large data sets and converting them into actionable insights.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Experience in client-facing roles.

• Comfortable in a start-up environment, willing to tackle intriguing global challenges with a problem-solving and resourceful approach.
