This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Manage post-sales relationships with a designated portfolio of clients, ensuring their success and growth with Awesomic.
• Serve as the strategic point of contact for clients after the onboarding process—guiding them, pinpointing opportunities, and fostering loyalty.
• Proactively seek out expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell), collaborating closely with sales and product teams to enhance value.
• Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews with clients to comprehend their business goals and align service offerings accordingly.
• Ensure CRM accuracy and monitor key metrics related to client growth, satisfaction, and retention.
• Develop strong relationships with decision-makers to establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Monitor client usage, identify friction points, and resolve issues before they escalate.
• Educate clients on features and new services that enhance their workflow.
• 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Creative Project Manager—preferably within a startup, outsourcing, or creative agency environment.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong commercial insight with a proactive, sales-driven mindset—you enjoy identifying opportunities and pursuing them.
• Highly organized and self-sufficient: you excel in fast-paced settings and take complete ownership of client outcomes.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills—you quickly build trust and adapt your style to various client types.
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot.
• Strong psychological maturity to handle challenging or high-pressure situations with resilience and professionalism.
