Portfolio Sales Engineering Manager – Western & Northern Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage with vision and hands-on expertise in the areas of Agentic Experience Autonomation, Workforce Empowerment, and CX Engagement Orchestration solutions to provide outstanding experiences for customers, partners, and prospects.

• Inspire and coach through example, actively participating in strategic and high-value opportunities.

• Oversee the technical components of the sales process, including discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and validation.

• Ensure that customer business challenges are thoroughly understood and aligned with value-driven NiCE portfolio solutions.

• Own and enhance the technical sales approach for intricate, enterprise-level AI opportunities.

• Serve as an executive-level storyteller, translating customer business outcomes into engaging AI-driven solution narratives.

• Coach and mentor pre-sales teams to operate confidently at both strategic and technical levels.

• Deliver prompt and high-quality assistance for RFIs, RFPs, and customer technical inquiries.

• Guide proof of concepts (POCs) by defining success criteria, AI evaluation metrics, and value realization.

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Provide structured feedback to Product and R&D based on customer and market insights to influence the product roadmap.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales within enterprise software or SaaS environments.

• Solid hands-on experience with Conversational AI, Agent Assist, digital agents, or AI-driven CX platforms.

• Profound understanding of AI concepts, including intent recognition, dialog management, NLP/LLMs, automation workflows, and model performance KPIs.

• Outstanding storytelling and presentation skills with executive credibility.

• Capacity to translate abstract AI capabilities into tangible, business-driven outcomes.

• Comfortable engaging with C-level executives, technical architects, and operational leaders.

• Experience in managing multiple complex opportunities simultaneously.
