Pool Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct regular pool maintenance tasks, including vacuuming, skimming, brushing walls and tiles, and emptying baskets.

• Assess and adjust pool water chemistry, adding necessary chemicals as required.

• Examine pumps, filters, heaters, and automatic cleaners; carry out basic repairs or suggest additional services.

• Clean and upkeep pool decks, equipment areas, and adjacent environments.

• Keep precise records of service visits, chemical usage, and interactions with customers.

• Engage with customers regarding pool conditions, maintenance suggestions, and required repairs.

• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.

• Respond swiftly to service requests and emergencies when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Previous experience in pool maintenance or a related industry is preferred but not essential.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Additional technical training is advantageous.
