Political-Military Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Perform in-depth political-military analysis on both regional and global security matters, particularly emphasizing the Middle East and strategically significant areas.

• Investigate and assess foreign military capabilities, force structures, defense modernization initiatives, and operational readiness.

• Examine political changes, leadership intentions, diplomatic ties, and security policies that impact regional stability.

• Generate written intelligence evaluations, briefings, reports, and strategic forecasts for senior officials and decision-makers.

• Track and evaluate emerging threats, geopolitical shifts, and military operations.

• Synthesize information from various intelligence and open-source data sources to create actionable assessments.

• Assist in strategic planning, contingency analysis, and policy formulation efforts.

• Deliver briefings and presentations to government, military, and executive stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to produce integrated intelligence and operational outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Political Science, Military Science, Intelligence Studies, International Relations, National Security Studies, or a related discipline.

• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in political-military analysis, intelligence analysis, defense studies, or a similar field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience conducting POL/MIL analysis in support of government, military, intelligence, or defense entities.

• Proven knowledge of geopolitical issues, military operations, defense policy, and regional security challenges.

• Strong analytical, research, and critical-thinking abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience in preparing executive-level reports and briefings.

• Competence in analyzing complex information and generating concise, actionable assessments.
