This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Meet sales objectives by effectively managing the sales cycle and territory.

• Sustain the existing sales base while acquiring new business from both new and existing clients.

• Skillfully navigate intricate sales situations involving multiple stakeholders and evolving decision-making processes, all while fostering relationships.

• Formulate and implement sales strategies, anticipating potential risks and proactively devising and executing mitigation plans.

• Optimize the use of available resources.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all administrative duties (e.g., training modules, expense reports, sales forecasts, etc.).

• Travel within the designated territory may reach 50% to deliver customer-oriented service and effectively support business objectives.

• Understand and adhere to all relevant EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines.

• Accountable for the implementation and maintenance of the Quality System's effectiveness.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• A minimum of 4 years of pertinent sales experience or at least 1 year of sales experience with a clinical background (BSN, MLT, CLS, RT, Cardiac Tech, etc.).

• Must reside within the territory and be willing to travel up to 50% to assigned territory and other business sites (as needed).

• Proven track record as a consistent sales overachiever (e.g., President’s Club winner).

• Consistently ranks in the top 20% among peer sales groups.

• Experience in diagnostics, point of care (POC), laboratory, or capital equipment sales.

• Established relationships within IDNs and hospital systems in the assigned territory.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

• Highly skilled in using Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms.

• Completed multiple sales training programs (e.g., Challenger, Miller Heiman, etc.) and actively utilizes one or more effective sales methodologies.
