Podcast Production Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete podcast production process from reaching out to guests and planning episodes to editing, publishing, and analyzing performance.

• Engage in episode planning and initiation meetings.

• Keep AI prompt templates utilized in production workflows up to date.

• Conduct preparatory calls with guests prior to interviews.

• Handle guest outreach and manage booking communications.

• Perform audio and video quality assessments before recording sessions.

• Download, organize, and label raw audio files.

• Identify key moments in podcast episodes that are worthy of highlights.

• Schedule and distribute podcast episodes across various platforms.

• Monitor downloads, audience interaction, and content performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in podcast production, operations, audio production, video production, or a similar content production role.

• Proven ability to manage podcast production workflows from conceptualization to distribution.

• Proficient in editing both audio and video content.

• Experienced in supporting guest communications and scheduling activities.

• Knowledgeable in publishing content on podcast and video platforms.

• Skilled in creating social media clips and repurposing content assets.

• Capable of managing multiple content projects concurrently.

• Experienced in tracking analytics and performance indicators.
