This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop short-form content from recorded podcasts or various video/audio materials.

• Edit and produce reels along with other short-form media for social media channels.

• Adapt existing content for different social media platforms.

• Organize and schedule content to ensure a steady publishing routine.

• Assist with content planning and publishing tasks.

• Uphold the brand's communication style and guarantee that content aligns with its established voice.

• Support content-related operational duties as necessary.

• Acquire knowledge of the brand voice, response style, content strategy, hooks, and low-pressure calls to action during the training phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in short-form video editing and content creation.

• Capability to craft engaging reels and transform existing recordings into social media content.

• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage content schedules effectively.

• Keen attention to detail and consistency in content production.

• Ability to uphold a consistent brand voice and communication style.

• Openness to learn the company's content strategy, hooks, and low-pressure calls to action.

• Competence to work independently while adhering to established guidelines.

• USB headset featuring noise cancellation.

• Functional webcam.

• Computer equipped with a minimum 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM.

• Primary internet service with a speed of at least 25 Mbps via cable connection.

• Backup internet service with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.

• Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST.
