This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist Project Managers with daily project planning, coordination, and administrative tasks
• Update and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, action trackers, and relevant documentation
• Monitor project progress, delays, dependencies, KPIs, risks, issues, decisions, and approvals
• Organize project meetings, create agendas, take minutes, and follow up on assigned action items
• Facilitate project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure, and PMO governance activities
• Gather project status updates and create weekly/monthly reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
• Maintain portfolio-level tracking and assist with portfolio reporting
• Manage RAID and change request logs and assist with change control processes
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, expenditures, variances, purchase orders, invoices, resources, and capacity
• Reconcile financial data with Project Managers and Finance teams
• Coordinate communication among Project Managers, business teams, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Develop presentations and materials for governance meetings, steering committees, and leadership reviews
• Aid in project team onboarding and dissemination of project information
• Generate status reports, schedules, RAID/action logs, financial/resource reports, dashboards, governance documents, decision logs, and project documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline
• Around 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO analysis, project administration, or supporting project management
• Familiarity with project schedules, status reporting, RAID logs, financial tracking, and governance documentation
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
• High attention to detail and capability to maintain precise project records
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines concurrently
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of project management principles, governance, and the project lifecycle
• Ability to identify and escalate risks, issues, and scheduling concerns
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination abilities
• Capability to work independently while assisting multiple Project Managers
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, lookups, and reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent scheduling/project management tools
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms
• Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
• U.S. citizenship or green card holder status; note that the company is not currently able to sponsor H1B visas
• CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or similar project management certification is preferred but not mandatory
