Plumbing Foreman – Travel Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Oversee commercial plumbing installations

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and site-specific regulations during each shift

• Prepare pre-task plans, identify hazards, and complete safety documentation in Procore

• Recognize and report unsafe conditions

• Exemplify a safety culture for both journeymen and apprentices

• Supervise labor, materials, tools, daily material usage, and tool accountability

• Record time and production quantities on a daily basis in Procore

• Analyze drawings to differentiate between planned work and out-of-scope tasks

• Liaise with the Project Manager regarding change order tracking

• Streamline processes to eliminate inefficient sequences, poor staging, unnecessary movements, and rework

• Address material holds, coordination gaps, and inspection delays promptly

• Take ownership of the plumbing scope and budget, safeguard the crew, and drive project results

⛳️ Requirements

• Journeyman Plumber license

• 5+ years of field experience in commercial projects

• Valid driver's license

• Willingness to travel full-time to multiple state project sites

• Completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check is mandatory

• Familiarity with IPC/UPC codes and plumbing standards for medical facilities is preferred

• OSHA 10 certification is preferred
