Plumbing Career Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.

📋 Description

• Conduct a live, one-hour workshop each month.

• Respond to student inquiries regarding plumbing careers and the job search process.

• Provide practical insights into the realities of entry-level plumbing positions and apprenticeships.

• Offer optional one-on-one coaching to students who express interest.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional plumbing experience.

• Passion for mentoring and assisting career changers in entering the trades.

• Excellent communication and instructional skills.

• Availability for at least three evenings each week, preferably from Tuesday to Thursday.

• Proactive self-starter — capable of independently leading workshops.
