PLM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Gather customer requirements, comprehend their business needs, and offer guidance accordingly.

• Install, configure, and tailor Siemens’s Teamcenter core PLM application along with its various modules.

• Execute customer requirements regarding CAD and engineering data management, CAE data management, workflow processes, security policies, reporting capabilities, and more.

• Develop integrations with other applications and facilitate the migration of legacy data.

• Provide technical support and serve as the primary point of contact for customers.

• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in PLM technology.

• Conduct training sessions for customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, software, or electrical engineering.

• At least 3 years of practical experience with Siemens Teamcenter.

• Strong communication and project management abilities.

• Good interpersonal skills, initiative, and the capacity to work effectively within a team.

• Willingness to travel occasionally.

• Mandatory ability to work with USA ITAR materials.

• Programming experience in C++ and/or Java is advantageous, but not essential.

• Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management concepts.

• Knowledge of CAD platforms such as NX, Catia, or Solidworks.
