PLM Business Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in PLM initiatives within enterprise settings, particularly focusing on Teamcenter projects.

• Work alongside Product Managers, Business Owners, and Solution Architects to convert business needs into efficient solutions.

• Play a role in defining product vision, overseeing requirements, tracking KPIs, and aiding teams through detailed documentation and mockup collaboration.

• Assume responsibility as a Product Owner, influencing and guiding the product vision and objectives.

• Establish and monitor significant KPIs to assess success and project advancement.

• Actively manage stakeholders, timelines, and potential risks to guarantee seamless delivery.

• Collaborate with business users to collect, refine, and prioritize requirements.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and evaluate solution mockups.

• Foster an agile environment, operating within a SAFe framework to deliver value incrementally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in German language skills (essential).

• Demonstrated experience in Product Ownership or Business Analysis positions.

• Strong knowledge of PLM systems, preferably Teamcenter.

• Experience in SAFe or other Agile methodologies.

• Robust analytical skills with the capability to document processes and requirements clearly.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to align business requirements with practical, scalable solutions.
