Pledge Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Respond professionally to incoming calls from donors.

• Adhere to specific scripts and procedures related to campaigns.

• Accurately record pledge and donation details.

• Confirm donor information and transaction specifics.

• Input data into designated computer systems.

• Manage multiple screens while engaging with callers.

• Safeguard sensitive information.

• Comply with established quality and compliance standards.

• Exhibit consistent attendance and performance.

• Assist donors making pledges and contributions to support designated nonprofit fundraising campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required.

• Minimum of six months of remote customer service experience or one year of on-site customer service experience.

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.

• Proficient in accurate data entry and basic computer operations.

• Capability to navigate multiple systems while conversing.

• Exhibit professional and reliable work ethics.

• A quiet and dedicated home workspace is necessary.

• Must have a Windows 11 computer.

• At least 8GB of RAM is required; 16GB is recommended.

• A USB headset with noise-cancellation features is needed.

• Wired high-speed internet connection is mandatory.

• Direct Ethernet connection is required.

• A quiet, distraction-free working environment is essential.

• MacBooks, Chromebooks, tablets, and Wi-Fi-only connections are not allowed.

• Required certification must be obtained prior to servicing.

• Eligibility may vary based on experience, location, equipment, background criteria, and certification outcomes.
