This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Handling 'Calls for Help' from the community you are assisting.
• Gaining familiarity with the games you support to effectively address these 'Calls for Help'.
• Staying informed about updates in workflows, policies, and gameplay.
• Developing expertise in the use of various ticketing and social media platforms.
• Employing creativity to find solutions to challenges encountered on a daily basis.
• Aiding in reporting by tracking data using forms or spreadsheets.
• Providing support to your managers with ad-hoc responsibilities.
• Achieving Key Performance Indicators such as Productivity, Quality, and Player Satisfaction.
• Upholding community standards and ensuring fair treatment for all players in the game context.
• Reporting any issues or trends identified within the game.
• A native level of English with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Proficient knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal oversight.
• In-depth understanding of gaming social media platforms such as Reddit, Facebook, X, and Discord.
• A deep passion for video games.
