⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in French at C1-C2 level, with English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Strong communication skills to ensure effective support for players.

• Ability to adapt flexibly to various situations and player requirements.

• Demonstrated accountability and reliability in managing player inquiries and issues.

• Proactive approach to identifying and addressing player concerns.

• Skilled in navigating knowledge bases for efficient support delivery.

• Basic troubleshooting abilities to assist players with technical problems.

• Open to full-time work availability, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

• Previous experience in Customer Service (remote or on-site/retail) is advantageous.

• Familiarity with community platforms (e.g., Discord, Slack) is a plus.
