Player Development Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with VIP players by providing tailored service and promoting long-lasting loyalty.

• Enhance customer engagement, grow market share, and increase net revenue through proactive outreach and relationship-building initiatives.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth, high-quality VIP experience at every customer interaction.

• Implement VIP policies and procedures, including responsible gaming standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Evaluate player activity and performance trends to uncover opportunities for enhancing engagement, retention, and revenue.

• Actively suggest solutions and improvements that enhance the player experience and boost customer satisfaction.

• Address escalated customer concerns and work with internal stakeholders to provide prompt and effective resolutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing sectors.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, particularly with high-value or VIP clients.

• A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences and tackling complex challenges with a customer-centric approach.

• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, implement enhancements, and contribute to operational efficiency.

• Robust analytical skills with the capacity to interpret customer data and convert insights into actionable strategies.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, with a talent for effective collaboration across teams.

• Familiarity with revenue-generating strategies and experience in balancing customer satisfaction with business goals.

• Capability to acquire and maintain all necessary State Gaming Licenses.
