This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Develop and uphold the operational framework for all events on the global calendar, which includes ship sheets, hotel reservations, venue documentation, and pre-event readiness checklists.
• Manage daily requirements, availability, documentation, timelines, and maintain communication with venue and event partners.
• Oversee internal staffing and crew logistics, encompassing travel arrangements, accommodations, on-site scheduling, and relevant paperwork.
• Keep the Organized Play contract repository accurate; obtain signatures, monitor expiration and renewal dates, process invoices, and liaise with the Legal and Finance teams.
• Handle global prizing shipment logistics, including planning, deadlines, tracking, and inventory management.
• Initiate purchase orders, monitor event expenditures against the budget, flag any overruns, and provide consistent updates to the Sr. Premier Play Manager.
• Maintain organized operational documentation, including folder structures, naming conventions, version control, and archiving of ship sheets, contracts, invoices, and event data.
• Act as the operational backbone and a consistent point of contact for the global competitive circuit across all regions.
• Minimum of 2 years in event operations, event coordination, logistics, or a related operational support position.
• Experience in supporting large-scale live events is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite applications, particularly in managing spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools is essential.
• Demonstrated capability to create and maintain accurate documentation and tracking systems.
• Practical experience with purchase orders, invoices, vendor documentation, and budget oversight.
• Native or fluent English (C1/C2) is required.
• Willingness to attend approximately one major event per quarter, including weekends, in various locations worldwide.
• Capability to collaborate across multiple time zones and distributed teams with minimal oversight.
• Ability to manage sensitive contractual and financial information with confidentiality.
