This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Plan, implement, optimize, and provide operational assistance for the CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security platform and associated applications.
• Offer technical guidance for the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Falcon Cloud Security implementations.
• Adjust scripts for the deployment of Falcon Cloud Security solutions.
• Resolve customer deployment challenges across enterprises of varying sizes.
• Develop technologies for the deployment of both native and third-party software.
• Create scripts and procedures for the deployment of Falcon sensors.
• Organize and report on the status of software deployments.
• Collaborate effectively with customer IT teams.
• Mentor and support the Platform Professional Services team.
• Conduct training sessions on best practices for cloud platforms.
• Utilize CrowdStrike applications to aid in vulnerability and asset management.
• Integrate CrowdStrike into existing customer tools.
• Assist Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with the deployment of Falcon modules, internal tools, and data-collection scripts.
• Lead educational initiatives for Falcon Cloud Security and related applications.
• Foster relationships among product, engineering, and various cross-functional teams.
• Direct deployments to ECS Fargate, Google Cloud Run, Kubernetes clusters, AWS accounts, GCP projects, and Azure tenants.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in IT deployments or in an end-user/customer environment.
• Expertise and certifications in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• In-depth understanding of at least one public cloud.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cloud and container deployment technologies.
• Strong understanding of Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM).
• Proficient in Linux administration and command-line interface usage.
• Significant experience in scripting with Python.
• Familiarity with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
• Extensive customer-facing consulting experience.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Broad experience in the security of cloud, computer, and network systems.
• Proven ability to utilize AI technologies to enhance decision-making, workflows, processes, efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• May be required to periodically undergo and successfully pass alcohol and/or drug tests during employment.
