Platform Operations Associate Consultant – Weekend Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Delivering technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting support for the deployment of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and its related applications.

• Aiding customers in operationalizing all modules of the Falcon platform.

• Diagnosing customer issues across a range of enterprise sizes, from small to large.

• Utilizing and developing both native and third-party software deployment technologies.

• Creating scripting and application solutions through Falcon APIs.

• Managing customer project planning and providing status updates.

• Collaborating closely with customer information technology teams.

• Providing support in vulnerability and asset management by leveraging CrowdStrike applications such as Exposure Management.

• Assisting customers with the integration of CrowdStrike into their existing tools.

• Supporting both Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams in the deployment of Falcon and Falcon Forensics Collectors.

• Working in close collaboration with the Platform Professional Services team to develop customer-facing materials.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT deployments or within an end-user/customer environment.

• Fundamental understanding of software deployment technologies.

• Proficient in Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.

• Competent in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.

• Strong communication skills with an effective ability to foster collaborative relationships.

• Experience in presenting technical content to diverse audiences.

• Background in computer and network systems security.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify solutions for unusual and complex issues.

• Proactive and meticulous in managing work and prioritizing customer projects.

• Highly motivated, a self-starter, and results-oriented.

• Demonstrated experience in utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive business outcomes.
