Platform Management Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify and document upcoming product enhancements.

• Oversee the product lifecycle from strategic planning through to production deployment.

• Maintain a rolling 18-month roadmap, prioritized according to client needs and strategic objectives.

• Prioritize and manage development initiatives for sprint and quarterly planning sessions.

• Assist Professional Services and Product Support teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Provide support to the sales team, especially for significant deals or partnerships.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among engineering, quality assurance, product management, security, architecture, product support, and other relevant teams as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in a technical or financial discipline.

• MBA is a strong advantage.

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise software product management, with a solid foundation in the product management field.

• Domain expertise in Financial Services, encompassing Customer Management, Mobile Lending, Marketing, Service, and Business Event Notification.

• Proven track record of successfully guiding a product through all phases of its lifecycle.

• Established background and hands-on experience in developing, managing, and delivering software projects.

• Experience with high throughput, high volume, streaming, and batch projects is a plus.

• Demonstrated capacity to think strategically about product and business challenges while executing and implementing tactical product strategies.

• Experience working with globally distributed teams is beneficial.

• Familiarity with Jira and Aha is an advantage.
