Platform & Experience Developer – Full Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Implementation of customer-facing frontend interfaces and surfaces based on SOCCAMATRIX logic.

• Development of admin interfaces for our internal teams.

• Assistance in the development of APIs, data models, and backend integrations, closely collaborating with our technical partner team.

• Close coordination with our Product Owner and external technical partner team to translate business logic into usable, high-performance interfaces.

• Building and shaping the internal development team.

• Participation in testing, debugging, refinement, and documentation of the applications being developed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a Full-Stack Developer: proficient in both frontend and backend, capable of collaborating across the entire application stack.

• (Initial) experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS for building maintainable, type-safe, and modular backend and full-stack applications in a domain-driven architecture.

• (Strong) practical knowledge in modern frontend development for customer portals, admin interfaces, dashboards, and internal tools.

• (Initial) backend experience with API development, data modeling, validation, authorization, and system integrations.

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL for transactional data, relational modeling, migrations, and efficient, performance-conscious query design.

• Understanding of API-first development, including REST contracts, versioned endpoints, and a clear separation between frontend and backend responsibilities, embedded in our modular cloud architecture (Azure).

• Structured and careful working style with a focus on scalability and maintainability.

• Enthusiasm for contributing to a small, growing tech team from the outset.

• Fluent in German and English.
